Abstract
Abstract
Telecommunication and Network services has three main parts called business plan, executive summary and 2005 action plan. The mission of the Telecommunication and Network Services department is to effectively deliver quality communication services.
Telecommunication network service is organized into 5 functional work groups providing the following services and functions. There are voice service, network service, video service, infrastructure service and business service.
Telecommunication and network service is staffed by approximately 40 full time technical and administrative staff and 10 part time students. Telecommunication and network service includes four financials. These are overall financial model and principals, capital funding, revenue sources and expenses. The telecommunication and network service action plan for 2005 identifies key projects, objectives and strategies. Following are key projects for 2005 are voice service key projects for 2005,video services key projects for FY05, infrastructure services key projects for FY05, network services key projects and finally business services key project for FY05.

My main responsibility in this newspaper was to suggestive to issues in order to decide teen problems, write articles about teens in newspaper, also to participate in international events delegating teens.

We were able to develop together beside learn English working in English club. These years provide me ability to lead others. Above newspaper job provided me some writing skills, and communication skills between many kinds of people. In this reason I believe my cultured communication will help to my future job.

Studying at the Information and Telecommunication of University has provided me with an interdisciplinary degree in this profession. This interdisciplinary method has developed my ability to high level of my professional skills and self managed skills, increased my confidence to promote my paint of view and ideas in environments. My skills of professional English has already increased very much.

Undergraduate Projects
Function generator design: Generating sinusoidal, triangular and rectangular small signals using digital techniques.
Ultrasonic guiding device for the Blind: The device used ultrasonic transmitters and receivers aided with the 8031 Intel processor to perform a desired algorithm. The program was written in assembly language and stored in an external EPROM chip. The project provided a clear path for the user by producing an audible signal.
Graduate Projects:
Digital signal processing: Musical sound processing: Designing filters and doing all the needed simulations using MATLAB to see the frequency response, gain response and the pole-zero plot of these filters. The aim of this project is to design filters able to generate single echo, multiple echoes or infinite number of echoes for the original direct sound (input of the filter). The project included also all the needed simulations for designing comb filters, teeth filters, first order filters and shelving filters, second order filters and equalizers and high order equalizers.
Digital Image Processing: Designed an algorithm to trace the boundary of an object in a digital image, using MATLAB and then displaying the contour.
Thesis: Boundary Extraction Methods for Segmentation, Representation and Description in Digital Image Processing. The research concentrated on showing the advantages of the four-neighbor connectivity approach, which is used to trace the contour of objects, over the eight-neighbor connectivity approach in terms of the chain code's efficiency and the compression ratio that can be achieved. Another boundary extraction method using morphological operations was developed in the research.

Function generator design: Generating sinusoidal, triangular and rectangular small signals using digital techniques.
Ultrasonic guiding device for the Blind: The device used ultrasonic transmitters and receivers aided with the 8031 Intel processor to perform a desired algorithm. The program was written in assembly language and stored in an external EPROM chip. The project provided a clear path for the user by producing an audible signal.
Graduate Projects:
Digital signal processing: Musical sound processing: Designing filters and doing all the needed simulations using MATLAB to see the frequency response, gain response and the pole-zero plot of these filters. The aim of this project is to design filters able to generate single echo, multiple echoes or infinite number of echoes for the original direct sound (input of the filter). The project included also all the needed simulations for designing comb filters, teeth filters, first order filters and shelving filters, second order filters and equalizers and high order equalizers.
Digital Image Processing: Designed an algorithm to trace the boundary of an object in a digital image, using MATLAB and then displaying the contour.
Thesis: Boundary Extraction Methods for Segmentation, Representation and Description in Digital Image Processing. The research concentrated on showing the advantages of the four-neighbor connectivity approach, which is used to trace the contour of objects, over the eight-neighbor connectivity approach in terms of the chain code's efficiency and the compression ratio that can be achieved. Another boundary extraction method using morphological operations was developed in the research.

Primary responsibilities
-Provide assistance with technical and impact analyses of economic policies: fiscal, monetary, trade, business, and sector policies
-Serve as EPRC contact manager for the single electronic window for foreign trade facilitation activity (SEW) provide technical support for it and oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of relevant statistics

Economic and business sector analyst:
Primary responsibilities
-Provide assistance with technical and impact analyses of economic policies: fiscal, monetary, trade, business, and sector policies
-Serve as EPRC contact manager for the single electronic window for foreign trade facilitation activity (SEW) provide technical support for it and oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of relevant statistics
-Conduct feasibility and project impact and cost–benefit analyses in support of economic, trade, business policy interventions
-Facilitate work between with relevant GoM agencies whose processes need re-engineering as pioritized through dialogue with the private sector
-Collect, analyze, and summerize indicators relevant to issues identified by the Mongolian private sector and/or the GoM as bottlenecks to business competitiveness
Required Qualifications:
-MBA or relevant Master’s degree in relevant field (development economics, economics policy, finance, trade)
-Minimum five years experience in economic policy analysis, modeling and related fields
-Knowledge of the Mongolian economy
-Computing skills (MS Windows/Office and its main utilities, some database and statistical data analysis and modeling programs such as SPSS, STATA, EVIEWS, or GAUSS)
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Mongolian
-Excellent interpersonal skills to work with official and businesses at various level
